It is said that the beads shape your body and keep the waist small and hips accentuated. It was (and still is) used as a measurement tool. The beads do not stretch, so if/when the waist beads start to feel a little tight, it's a sign that there was some weight gain, and vice versa.

How to Measure:

Stand up straight, hold the tape measure behind you, and bring it around your waist to meet at your navel.  Make sure the tape measure is against your bare skin and the tape should be parallel to the floor and fit around your torso without digging into your skin. Read the tape. Look at the place on the tape where zero end meets the other end of the tape measure.  Measure again for accuracy, also remember think about where you want them to fall on your waist.

Tie Closure: You have more flexibility with sizing up to 50 inches and excess beads can be removed.  If over 50 inches is needed please contact me via the chat feature for additional pricing and time frame.

Clasp Closure: This is an exact measurement, there will be no excess beads to remove and there is no tightening once received. Please verify this is your size before ordering since all Sales are FINAL.  Thank you in advance for your patience and support.
